Returns & Exchanges

At Indigo Lune, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Indigo Lune tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
